I met Vicki @ Huai Hai Road & went to see wether her new shirt was OK. Carried my D90 because I planed to take some photos when Vicki’s fitting. But the tailor said that shirt need to do some work again. Only 5 mins there, then we walk out of that shop. Oops, that’s not what I imaged. Anyway, I have to take some photos today, or jst waster my passion to carry the camera bag.

The first photo was taken in the shoppingmall, which called Wu Xian Du Square（无限度）. Natural inside light, @ 1/20 ISO320 F4.5

Last one was shoot in car, SB900 TTL, @ 1/25 ISO250 F3.5

We took these photos nearly 6:30 pm. Light outside was not good enough, even we closed to the window. Sometimes, we have to do some think breakthrough. I set SB900 at the balcony n’ shoot into the room. And Vicki standed beside window. @1/2 power, 1/60, F5.0, ISO200. Okey, we got “afternoon sunshine”.

Firstly, this is not a review of Canon 500D, I test this gear just for several hours，and I have not use Canon digital camera before. Well, after one hour using, I have to say this camera only suitable for outside. The image does not sharp enough as well.  On the another hand, the tone of Canon is such pretty. Maybe that’s one of reasons why more people (more girls) using Canon. About weight, the body only 480g, that’s the main point Vicki choose it.

I also took some photos for Vicki when we came out of underground car park. I forgot to set the ISO, so here ISO400. OFS, this level of noise can be accepted. Following photos has precessed by Photoshop.

Logitech M215 wireless mouse, I bought this mouse for Vicki cos her older one was out of work. Simple setup, 2.4 GHz wireless reliability, and smaller wireless receiver. I guess she will like it.

EN… I decided to take some photos befor it to be Vicki’s fav. Sometimes we do not want to spend much on these simple case. Such as you have a lot selling products on ebay, trademe, taobao… Yep, me too. One SB900+Nikon D90+Nikon 18-105 VR, that’s all I need. Maybe you have know what I will do next.

Set SB900 to BL TLL and Av model for D90. Turn the light to the upper, I mean shot to the ceiling. You will need to set your B/W and exposure bias usually to make photo better. That’s it.

Ok, I shot this photo this morning, cloudy weather. But I do not know the name of it, my mum plant that.

BTW, I have to recognize that the old logo was nt good looking here.

These images were taken on the BaiCheng Rd Shanghai where we could find some roundhouses and rail. Expression of model Shan was fantasty. I wanted to create photographs that looked like magazin style, or became little bit fashion. No flash and no refelctor.
